Skills for the Future: Temera’s Organizational Well-being and Corporate Welfare Program

30/01/2026

At Temera, we believe that innovation always begins with people.
This is why we have launched the “Organizational Well-being and Corporate Welfare” Training Program, designed to strengthen skills, collaboration, and well-being across our organization.

The initiative was created to respond to ongoing technological and organizational transformations, supporting our people in developing new capabilities and enhancing their professional growth.

The training plan is carried out with the support of the:
“Fondo nuove competenze. Competenze per le innovazioni” (New Skills Fund. Skills for Innovation), a Europe 27 project and a strategic initiative within the National Program Youth, Women, and Work 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.

This measure supports companies that invest in their people, with a particular focus on competencies related to corporate welfare, organizational well‑being, and soft skills development.

The Training Program

The training program aims to enhance participants’ skills through the development of new knowledge and abilities across the three strategic areas identified in the funding initiative.
The proposal integrates cross-disciplinary training aimed at strengthening both soft skills and essential technical competencies.

This approach supports targeted professional growth, preparing participants to effectively navigate future challenges and contribute proactively to the organization’s evolution in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.

The training activities also include a blended learning model (classroom and online training) focused on the following thematic area:

  • Soft Skills, Corporate Welfare, and Organizational Well-being
    • Organizational Well-being at Temera

Investing in the professional and personal development of our people means investing in Temera’s competitiveness, resilience, and future.
